Every company is different – so every search assignment must be handled differently. However, years of experience have proven that the following process assures success in finding and recruiting outstanding talent in a timely and efficient manner.

Calling upon our experience in the executive marketplace, as well as our proprietary database and the latest web-based resources, we are able to quickly identify and contact strong potential candidates.
We analyze these candidates’ experience, personality and career objectives. Our partners personally contact candidates in order to present our client’s position as an attractive opportunity, all the while maintaining complete confidentiality as to our client’s identity if necessary.
3) Evaluation and Assessment
We carefully check references of finalist candidates and, whenever possible, obtain input from third-party sources. We verify items such as education and experience. With the knowledge of our client’s priorities, needs and culture, we evaluate candidate’s strengths and weaknesses while being sensitive to the importance of having the right “fit."
4) Selection and Negotiation
We endeavor to present a number of excellent candidates for each position and are prepared to participate in client-candidate interviews if the client desires.
5) Work closely with client and candidate in negotiating key employment and compensation arrangements.
When a candidate is selected, we work closely with both parties to negotiate an agreement. Our substantial experience with regard to compensation and employment matters enables us to help resolve differences and expedite the smooth transition of the selected candidate into the client organization.
Once a search has been successfully completed, we maintain close contact with both parties in order to protect both the client’s and the candidate’s interests. We stay in contact following the placement to ensure successful on-boarding.
